The third quarter of 2023 saw interesting trends among the top food delivery applications on the Android platform in Norway. Here's a closer look at the performance of the leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced a notable fluctuation in its weekly downloads. Starting at 1.3K downloads at the end of June, the app saw a significant spike to 3.3K in the first week of August. By the end of September, downloads stabilized around 1.7K. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users rising from approximately 75.6K in late June to 90.9K by the end of September.

Wolt Delivery: Food and more showed a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at 1.5K in late June and growing to 2K by the end of September. Weekly active users also saw a consistent rise, from about 12.8K at the beginning of the quarter to 16K by the end.

foodora: Food & Groceries had a varied download trend, beginning with 2.7K downloads in late June and fluctuating around 1.4K to 1.5K for most of the quarter. Active users saw a slight decline from 13.3K at the start to 10.4K at the end of September.

Oda experienced a moderate increase in downloads over the quarter. Starting at 479 downloads in late June, the app peaked at 867 in mid-August before settling at 447 by the end of September.

HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery saw a significant increase in downloads mid-quarter, starting at 376 downloads in late June, peaking at 992 in mid-August, and ending the quarter at 644. Active users also showed growth, from 6.8K in late June to 7.6K by the end of September.
